Olive Grove Tour and Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tasting

Come visit my farm and discover everything there is to know about extra virgin olive oil and olives. I am an agronomist specializing in high-quality tree crops, and in 2015, I started my own olive farm.

The visit begins in the olive grove, where you will learn about different olive cultivation methods, how olives are harvested, how olive oil is produced, and its unique characteristics. After the walk, we’ll head back to the farm for a mini tasting course, where you’ll learn to recognize the sensory qualities of olive oil.

You’ll taste the oil using the tulip-shaped glass, the tool professional tasters use for their analyses.

The experience concludes with a tasting of our organic olive oil paired with delicious local products.
